一、概述
本扩展是一款浏览器侧边栏 AI 助手，帮助你在浏览网页时对页面内容或选中的文字进行提问、翻译、总结，并提供截图标注、图片与视频处理、AI 网站导航与本地笔记等功能。本政策说明本扩展如何处理你的数据。
本扩展没有开发者服务器，不设账号系统，也不会把数据传回给开发者。你的设置与内容均保存在本机；只有当你主动使用 AI 功能时，相关内容才会直接发送给你自己配置并授权的第三方大模型服务商。
二、本扩展处理哪些数据
- 网站内容：仅当你主动发起提问、翻译、总结、或对图片/视频使用 AI 功能时，扩展才读取当前页面的正文、你选中的文字、你指定的图片或视频字幕，并发送给 AI 模型服务商以生成结果。扩展不会在后台自动读取或上传页面内容。
- 身份验证信息（API Key）：你自行填写的第三方大模型 API Key 仅保存在你本机浏览器（
chrome.storage.local），仅用于以你的身份调用你所选的模型服务，不会提交给开发者，也不会用于其他用途。 - 设置与本地数据：界面语言、主题、所选模型、以及你创建的笔记，全部保存在本机，不上传。
- 截图：截图功能捕获的当前标签页画面仅用于你本地的标注与后续操作，不会自动上传。
三、数据如何被使用
上述数据仅用于实现对应的扩展功能（即"应用功能"），不用于广告、营销、信贷评估或其他无关目的。
四、数据共享与第三方
当你使用 AI 功能时，相关内容会通过 HTTPS 直接发送给你本人在设置中选择的大模型服务商（例如智谱、DeepSeek、OpenAI、Google Gemini、OpenRouter、Groq 等）。该等第三方对数据的处理适用其各自的隐私政策，请你自行查阅并确认。除此之外，本扩展不会与任何其他第三方共享你的数据。
五、数据存储与安全
所有设置、API Key 与笔记均存储在你的本地浏览器中。你可以随时在扩展设置中修改或删除，卸载扩展即可一并清除。数据传输在启用 AI 功能时采用 HTTPS 加密。
六、我们不会做的事
- 不出售或转让你的用户数据；
- 不将用户数据用于与扩展单一用途无关的目的；
- 不将用户数据用于判定信用度或用于放贷；
- 不含任何分析统计或广告 SDK。
七、你的权利与控制
你可以随时在扩展设置中查看、修改或清除已保存的配置与数据，也可以停止使用 AI 功能或卸载扩展。
八、儿童隐私
本扩展不面向儿童，也不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。
九、政策变更
如本政策发生变更，我们会更新本页面并修改上方"生效日期"。

Privacy Policy (English)
Summary. Lumen AI Sidebar is a browser side-panel AI assistant. It has no developer server and no account system, and it does not send your data back to the developer. Your settings and content are stored locally. Only when you actively use an AI feature is the relevant content sent directly to the third-party LLM provider you configured and authorized.
- Website content: Read only when you actively trigger a chat, translation, summary, or image/video AI action, and sent to your chosen AI provider to generate a result. No background collection.
- Authentication info (API keys): Stored locally (
chrome.storage.local) and used solely to call the service you selected. Never sent to the developer. - Settings and local data: Language, theme, selected models, and your notes — stored locally, never uploaded.
- Screenshots: Captured images are used locally for annotation only and are not automatically uploaded.
We collect no location, personal identity, health, financial, personal communications, browsing-history, or user-activity (clicks/scrolls) data. Region-related display relies only on the browser UI language, not geolocation or IP.
Sharing. Content is sent over HTTPS directly to the AI provider you choose; their privacy policies govern that processing. We share your data with no other third party.
We do not sell or transfer user data, use it for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose, use it for creditworthiness or lending, or include any analytics or advertising SDKs.
